Quick Site Update

So I enabled some new things for the website.

You should now be able to post comments using your Facebook, Twitter and Google+ credentials. Not sure there’s much use for those, but hey, the option is there.

Also activated a feature that should post all new updates on the site to my Twitter account. Yes, I have one that has been laying around gathering dust for 3 years or so. I don’t really use it for anything else so it might be a good way to keep up to date on stuff I post. Here’s the link to it.

Anyway. That’s about it. Also, a test case to see if this actually gets posted on Twitter or not 😀

Alternate – Chapter 1

Alternate cover

Alternate cover

I’m really excited to be bringing this story public. Finally. It’s been sitting on my hard-drive since late 2013 and has gone through a lot of changes. It has some of my personal favourite characters I’ve managed to create and the story should be there to match them. I even had an inspiration to make a cover for it. I hope you all give it a try.

As you can see from the cover this is the first book in a trilogy. The second part has been sitting on my hard-drive since 2014, essentially completed. It’s just waiting for me to get to editing it. And finishing posting the first part, of course. The third part is about two thirds of the way done so plenty of time to finish it before the first two parts are all posted.

Anyway, here’s a short blurb about the story before you jump in:

“In a world where visiting alternate worlds is the new, illegal, extreme sport, an ordinary accountant finds his life taking a turn for the dark. Escaping his guilt into a medieval world he realizes there are no easy choices to make. There are no heroes or villains. Only those who are unlucky and abused.”

And here’s the usual PDF link: Alternate

Also available on Wattpad: Alternate
If you don’t know what Wattpad is, it’s a site for story writers. They’ve got a decent mobile app so if reading on your phone/tablet is your thing that’s a decent way to go.

Seeing as the story is complete and edited I’ll probably be posting a new chapter every Sunday, barring any hangovers or other bouts of laziness 😀

The Persecuted – Complete

Here we are once more. Another novel complete. I hope you’ve enjoyed it.

So. The next story needs a once over before I start posting it, but I hope to have it done soon. I’m pretty excited for it. The concept is interesting and some of the characters turn out quite..entertaining. It’s a trilogy of which I have the first two books complete and the third one about two thirds of the way. Will probably take the rest of the year to post just the two complete ones so plenty of time to finish the third one. So, so long, until then 🙂

Choose Your Own Way

So I recently discovered Twine and decided to give it a spin. I took a short story I’d already written and modified it to serve as a choose your own adventure type of thing. It’s pretty simple and short, but it is a first try and meant to be an intro to more complex stuff I hope to make.

I hope you like it and hopefully it’s bug free and not full of typos 😀

The Persecuted – Chapter 19

Winter is over and even Jon Snow knows it. Adan and Nora start with their plan to change the world. With this chapter done, there’s only a few more left.

So when I started writing this story I figured it would be done in one book. Then I realized that wasn’t going to happen. There was far too much to cover. So, there will be a second book in this thing at some point.
