The Persecuted – Chapter 1 + Some Short Stories
It has been a while since my last post. Too long. Hopefully with this I’ll get into the groove of things again. Kicking off a new series always feels good, though none of these have anything to do with the world of Balaria.
So here goes.
The Persecuted
The Persecuted follows Adan as he tries to survive a world that wants him dead only because he’s different from others. It is a dark tale and the main characters isn’t what you’d call a hero. Often he comes off more as a villain. Anyway, I hope you like it. I hope to post a new chapter weekly, though it might be bi-weekly. But no bigger gaps than that between chapters.

The Pale Rose – Complete Novel
And the day is finally here. With chapters 28 and 29, the story is complete. I hope you’ve enjoyed reading the story. I’ve had fun writing it and it always feels good when you get something done. You’ll notice I’ve included an EPUB version of the entire novel. That should make reading it on an eBook reader or tablet a lot more flexible and enjoyable.

This week we start the fourth and final part of the story. It won’t be a long one, but it will be all the more exciting. The chapters will be a bit longer than usual. Not sure what got into me at the end with them. Oh well. I hope you enjoy the finale.

Sunday, new chapter. This one brings part three of the story to its conclusion. There is still a small fourth part to come. It’s 89 pages long so it’s not as long as the others, but leaves still plenty to tell. I hope you enjoy it.

The Pale Rose – Chapter 23
Hey hey. It’s a new year, but we continue with our familiar series. I think it’ll take almost the two first months of the year to finish it.
Anyway, chapter 23 has Eleria meeting another suitor her father thinks appropriate for her. It goes as well as you’d expect 😉

The Pale Rose – Chapter 22 & Asking For Help
So I took a little Christmas vacation, but we’re back on the usual schedule now. As such, Chapter 22 of The Pale Rose is upon us. Cheid makes a pleasant discovery that will help him find out more of his enemies.
Now, as for the other topic of the day. I’ve been working on a novel completely unrelated to Balaria. It’s about 77k words long or 205 pages with my usual layout. It is the first part of a trilogy in the fantasy/sci-fi genre. Usually I would just start posting chapters from it, but I want to do things a bit differently with it so the story will be the best it can be. Usually, no one besides me reads my texts before I put them on-line. Now, I would like to have someone else read the text and give their opinion on it. It can be just general feedback or you can add as detailed notes to it as you’d like. If you’re interested in doing something like that, let me know. I’d really appreciate the help 🙂
The Pale Rose – Chapter 21
Heya.
This chapter is a bit of a break from the others in that we take a look at several characters and their current thoughts. It expands a bit on what’s going on beyond Eleria and Cheid and the concerns others have over the situation. I hope you enjoy it.
